There are 8 horses per race which are all shown on videos, and customers place their bets on their chosen horse for every race by purchasing tickets before the start of the video.  A Pay Out Amount per ticket for each horse is calculated (this is based on the takings for each race)., and if the horse wins the ticket holder will get a "pay-out" based on this amount.

There are 9 race videos provided for the evening along with all the tickets for each horse in every race and a Race Card.  We will also provide VCR, Projector and Screen.

If a Race Night is used as a fundraising or a charity evening, the general "rule of thumb" for the amount that can be raised is AT LEAST TEN TIMES the amount of people that attend your event.  So if 100 people turn up, you should raise £1000!!!

Some examples of how funds can be raised are:

• Selling Tickets for Each Horse for Every Race (ususally £1 as this makes it easy to calculate Pay Out Amounts)
• Selling Ownership & Jockey Positions Before the Evening - if the horse wins, the winning Owner & Jockey win a prize
• Selling admission tickets for the evening in advance
• Get individuals or companies to Sponsor a Race
• Make the Final Race an Auction Race - Half the proceeds go to the winning owner, Half goes to the Charity
• Raffle Prizes
• Irish Bingo
